These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Fidelatna and any other mobile games or related services published under the PhantomPixel brand.
When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Ak Incorporated LTD trading as PhantomPixel. When we say “you”, we mean the person using or playing the Game.
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Fidelatna is a Tigrinya learning game designed to help users practise and engage with Tigrinya through interactive gameplay and learning features.
The Game may include features such as reading, writing, quizzes, general knowledge, letter recognition, word games, audio, and other learning or gameplay modes.
We may update, add, remove, rebalance, limit, or change features from time to time.
The Game is intended for general audiences and may be suitable for families and younger players.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.
If you are a parent or guardian and allow a child to use the Game, you are responsible for that child’s use of the Game, including any subscription, payment, or device settings connected to the Game.
Children must not purchase subscriptions or make payments unless permitted and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
The Game requires an active subscription to access gameplay, paid features, or premium content.
Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, yearly, trial, promotional, or other basis depending on what is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time.
Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal dates, taxes, currency, and available offers are shown by Apple or Google before purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that payment will be charged to your Apple ID, App Store account, Google Play account, or other platform account used to make the purchase.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription may automatically renew and your Apple or Google account may be charged for the next billing period.
We do not control Apple or Google’s billing systems, renewal timing, payment processing, refund decisions, or cancellation interface.
We may offer free trials, discounted periods, or promotional offers.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Only one trial or promotional offer may be available per user, account, device, household, or platform account, depending on Apple or Google’s rules and technical limitations.
We may change, withdraw, or limit trials and promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it:
Deleting or uninstalling the Game does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If your subscription expires, is cancelled, fails to renew, or payment cannot be completed, your access to paid features may be removed or limited until you resubscribe.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.
We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To request a refund, you must use the refund process provided by the platform where you made the purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws.
Where supported, the Game may allow you to restore purchases or subscription access.
Restore Purchases relies on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and your platform account.
We cannot guarantee that purchases can be restored if you are using a different store account, unsupported device, unavailable platform service, or if the platform does not provide valid subscription information.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
You do not own the Game, its code, designs, artwork, text, audio, characters, branding, features, or other content.
You may not copy, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or create derivative works from the Game except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
All rights in the Game and its content belong to us or our licensors.

Some features may require an internet connection, compatible device, compatible operating system, active subscription, or access to Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or other third-party services.
We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
The Game is designed for learning, practice, and entertainment.
We aim to provide useful and accurate Tigrinya learning content, but we do not guarantee that all content will be complete, error-free, suitable for every dialect, or appropriate for every learning need.
The Game is not a substitute for professional teaching, formal education, translation services, or expert linguistic advice.
The Game may rely on third-party services, including:
These services may be needed for app distribution, subscriptions, payment processing, purchase restoration, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, deferred deep linking, fraud prevention, and technical operation.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, account restrictions, refund decisions, billing issues, or platform-level changes outside our control.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
