Welcome. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you play our games, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to our mobile game(s) published under the Phantom Pixel brand, which is a trading name of Ak Incorporated LTD (Company No: 16888438) (the “Game”). When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Ak Incorporated LTD trading as Phantom Pixel. When we say “you”, we mean you, the player.

We collect only what we need to:

• confirm your subscription access,
• understand what’s working (and what isn’t),
• fix crashes and keep the Game stable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

If you purchase a subscription, we use RevenueCat to:

• check whether your subscription is active,
• restore purchases (for example, after reinstalling or using a new device),
• manage access to subscription features.

This can include purchase status and identifiers used to link the purchase to your device/app user.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the Game, such as:

• which features are used,
• how the Game is performing,
• general device/app information and identifiers used for analytics.

This helps us make better design decisions and improve gameplay and performance. 

We use Firebase crash reporting to collect crash logs and diagnostics (for example, what the app was doing when it crashed). This helps us identify bugs and improve stability. 

• We don’t ask for your name, address, or phone number.
• We don’t intentionally collect sensitive data (like health information).
• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t use your data for targeted advertising.
   

Most information comes from:

• your device and how the Game is used (analytics/diagnostics), and
• the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) when you purchase or manage a subscription.
   

We use information to:

• provide the Game (including subscription access),
• restore purchases if you change devices or reinstall,
• monitor performance and improve gameplay,
• fix crashes and bugs.
   

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Game:

• RevenueCat – subscription management and entitlement status
• Google Firebase – analytics and crash reporting
• Apple App Store / Google Play – payments and subscription management
   

We don’t share your information with advertising networks for targeted ads. 

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store / Google Play account.

Depending on your device settings and platform controls, you may be able to limit certain analytics at the OS level. (Availability varies by platform/version.)

We keep analytics and crash data only for as long as needed to operate and improve the Game. We keep subscription-related records as needed to manage access and comply with legal/financial obligations.

The Game is intended for a general audience, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps.
